Our Story
Connecting every piece of the puzzle,
we see the whole picture and support every stage.
Who We Are
We are a majority First Nations-led charity and social enterprise dedicated to closing the education and employment gap for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students while enriching Australia’s workforce. Founded in 2022 by Edward Morgan and Wiradjuri man Aidan Porter, we are passionate about empowering young people to fly into life, building the confidence, skills and connections they need to thrive beyond high school.
As the only organisation offering a complete, culturally grounded solution for Indigenous employment and corporate Reconciliation, we create end-to-end pathways from recruitment to training to long-term success. Our commitment doesn’t end at placement. We stay connected, ensuring every participant and partner continues to grow and succeed.

Our Community
We Drive Positive Change Through Genuine Partnerships
Our Bandu Community forms the foundation of everything we do. We apply the same level of commitment in our relationships with our students as we do with our schools, universities, corporates, and partners.
At Bandu our community is made up of a diverse network we bring together. Through regular meet-ups, events, and conversations, we create spaces where students, employers, and partners connect on a human level. These genuine relationships foster understanding, cultural exchange, and long-term collaboration.
